Ruleset Logic for AND condition

Hi Gurus,

 

We have configured custom ruleset in which all function permission authorization objects has AND operator. Problem is Risk Analysis shows no violations if all the objects condition are not present in the security role.

 

for example, Risk --> Maintain GL master data AND Post Journal Entries.

 

Any user having FB50 and MASS t-codes must show High SOD violation but in our case it doesn't show violations because the security role having FB50 doesn't contain all objects present in the Function Permission for FB50. but If I simulate and include the other objects in the role by seeing the missing objects from Function then only it gives violations.

 

This means even if one object is absent in the security role then it will not show violation.

 

This is one of the example and we are not 100% comfortable with this ruleset implemented by our vendor.

 

Can anyone please advise the best practice  ?

Hello

 

What you see in MD04 is not the sales order itself, it's only the sales order special stock.

 

In case of a make-to-order sales order, a special sales order stock segment is created and all the planning elements are displayed on MD04 under this special stock segment.

 

On your system, the sales order special stock is still displayed because there is an open purchase order still linked to it.

 

As alredy refered on this thread, your material has MRP type ND, therefore, MRP will  not plan this material. Moreover, MRP does not create, change or delete purchase orders (only planned orders purchase requisitions and scheduling agreements).

 

If you don't want to see the sales order special stock on MD04 anymore, you should manually delete this purchase order.

Hi Rafi,

 

I tried to execute the sql statement "grant select, execute on schema "RIVERPRJ" to "_SYS_REPO" with grant option;"  with my user and the system user, but it had some strange error messages.

 

The error messages was:

Could not execute 'grant select, execute on schema "RIVERPRJ" to "_SYS_REPO" with grant option' in 3 ms 52 µs .

SAP DBTech JDBC: [258]: insufficient privilege: Not authorized

 

Also, I found some strang things.

In the procedure, if I do some queries from the tables created by the rdl, it did not work, but it works if I do some queries from the tables which were not created by the rdl file.

 

I think this maybe the reason for the error message "A transaction rollback may have left the object in an inconsistent state." .

 

I am still no sure what wrong with my rdl file.

Can you give me some more suggestions?

Hi,

Can you elaborate the requirement ??..where is this revision level maintained in production order??..hope in the production order in assignment tab as shown below..

 

If yes it should work...

 

 

Please follow this procedure..

1. Create char..in CT04 and assign table and field in the assignment tab as shown in the first post..of course you have to create two char..one for Production order and and one for Purchase Order...

2. Assign this characteristic in CL02 for the batch class already using...

3. Hope this batch class is already maintained in classification view in material master...

4. Now create a new Production order and create a batch for the production order..once you save the order revision level if maintained in the assignment tab will automatically gets updated in the batch master for the corresponding characteristic...

 

Check and revert...

Okay, let me revise my question.

 

The BAPI_PBSRVAPS_GETDETAILS2 can be filtered on characteristic combination values(for eg: 9MATNR = '12345678910'). Here 9AMATNR is a standard characteristic. so we can pass this to the BAPI without any problem. But how do we use the newly added fields in the shuffler as an input parameters to the BAPI ?

For example, we added AT101 (attribute1) to the shuffler and i would like to filter on this value when i run the BAPI - BAPI_PBSRVAPS_GETDETAILS2

Thanks your reply. Yes, you are right the cxt.lookup only works on server running.

 

Actully what I want is, to do unit test for JPA connection and table operation with JUnit.

Because I have poor knowleage about this, do you have some simple or guide?

 

By the way, I already defined the DS in web.xml.

Harsh,

 

Are you talking about transaction VL06L - Outbound Deliveries for Loading? 

 

The screens included in this transaction are customizable, but I do not see any option for adding in DG type data.  This most likely is becuase of what Christoph mentioned above.  UN numbers can change based on DG reguation. 

 

But, if you select the delivery and click "Item View" you can add fields.  Here if you choose Settings > Layout > Change you have options that you can add to the display.

 

If you truly want to change this display, I would think ABAP enhancements would be needed.

Solman 7.1 SP11 HTTP Code 503 : Service Unavailable

Dear Gurus,


I need your help as I have problems with my Solman 7.1 SP11.

I have just upgraded my Solman 7.1 SP11 and I already applied sap notes 1933506 latest version 9.

 

When I accessed solman_setup, I found the same error messages in these two steps:
- solman_setup - configure connectivity - configure web dispatcher - via system settings (icm/httpurlloc) - test connectivity
- solman_setup - configure connectivity - set authentication policy for agents - use basic authentication (user/password)

 

Error Message: Error while calling Diagnostics setup web service. Check note 1822831.
CX_AI_SYSTEM_FAULT : SOAP:1.007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 503 : Service Unavailable")
CX_SOAP_FAILURE : Error when processing Web service call
CX_SOAP_CORE : Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 503 : Service Unavailable")

 

I tried to troubleshoot using these below sap notes but still not able to solve the issue:
- snote 1752309 - Web service invocation problem caused by Unsupported xstream found
- snote 2018474 - Unsupported xstream found (HTTP Code 503  Service Unavailable)
- snote 1822831

 

This error message is encountered in my productive client (001). However if I access the solman_setup from client 000, it has no problem and working fine.

 

My solman has: (as recommended by sap note 1483508)

- ST 710 SP11 (SAPKITL711)

- LM-SERVICE 7.10 SP11 (1000.7.10.11.1.20140505095300)

 

I appreaciate if you can advise me.

Actually, I only have issues if I don't include the assembly with the ancestor class in the reference for the project.  Once I do that (reference both assemblies, the one with the ancestor and the one with the descendant) it works fine.

C4C to CRM OP BP Replication Scenario - HCI Integration Issues

Hi guys

 

We are trying to replicate Accounts from C4C to CRM OP and struck on couple of issues. We are only using standard fields and only trying to enable out of the box scenario. In C4C, under webservice monitoring we receive a message with following text:-

 

"SRT: HTTP error: ("HTTP Code 500: Internal Server Error - Details see in error log of transaction SRTUTIL")'

 

In HCI Web UI, we see following message


'Inbound processing in endpoint at https://iflmaptr102h0162avtaiot-h0162.intaas.hana.ondemand.com/cxf/COD/CRM/BusinessPartnerReplicationSelfInitiatedOut failed with message "[CXF][Transport][HttpException]:HTTP response '401: Unauthorized' when communicating with https://edgecrm7.cgadc.com:443/sap/bc/srt/idoc?sap-client=100", caused by "HTTP response '401: Unauthorized' when communicating with https://edgecrm7.cgadc.com:443/sap/bc/srt/idoc?sap-client=100"/

 


So is it normal for C4C to show 500 error and HCI to show 401 error for the same transaction?We have installed certificates from entrust on both CRM OP and HCI side.


If you have come across this issue, please provide suggestions.

Hello experts,

 

As a newbie in CRM and in Social services, I need some help in the following requirement.

My requirements are:

1) provide an upload file option(PDF) at WebRequest level( I understand this can be done by coding in the bsp application)

2) this file needs to be attached to the SOA transaction( or to the SOA that gets created at the time of submitting the WebRequest( the SOA transaction is same as the request category)).

Kindly provide some input to the requirement.

Hi Murali,

 

I believe that these two are the methods, as I am aware about, I did not dig much into it, and also if we say the above two methods are inter-related i.e. writing a code in driver program and configuring is same like write code in Customer exit supplied by SAP, so both the methods hold good for the above scenario.
